The temperatures are finally cooling down in most parts of the country. As we start decorating our homes and porches with pumpkins and scarecrows, we can start pulling out our fall clothes and accessories. Colors will be a little deeper this fall. The orange and fushia that were so hot this spring and summer will turn into deeper to mimic fall leaves. Two great new colors to try are green and purple. The greens will show up from bright chartreuse to shades of green foliage. Look for a grayed down purple and a deep cooling blue-green to even things out in your western wear.
These great deeper tones will pair well with mixed metal jewelry. Check out the Native American inspired beaded bangles and earrings. Turquoise will always be popular for cowgirls.
We are loving lace. You can find lace in peasant tops, dresses and long sleeve tops to layer under almost anything. Look for lace trim on jeans and jackets, when the weather gets a little cooler. Try one of our new wide style belts to wear over your new lace addition.
Animal prints continue to cover everything from belts to purses. Look for warm animal prints and even new tiger prints to appear this fall. Of course, country girls still love their camouflage.
